Ingredients
For 2 people:
- 100g seaweed nachos
- 75g pulled oats
- ¼ red bell pepper
- ½ red onion
- 2 hands of grated (vegan) cheese
- Herbs of your choice.
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
- Divide the nachos over an oven tray.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Finish with a layer of pulled oats, paprika and onion.
- Season the pulled oats with herbs of your choice.
- Put the oven tray in the oven for approximately 8 minutes.

Ingredients
For 1 person:
- 70g of couscous
- 70ml of boiling water
- 2 tsp of (truffle) oil
- 1 piece of cucumber
- ½ yellow paprika
- ½ tomato
- ¼ avocado
- 20g of (vegan) feta cheese
- 1 tbsp of raisins
- 1 tbsp of corn
- 1 hand of seaweed nachos
- Pepper and salt
Preparation
For the sweet and sour cucumber:
- Poor the boiled water on the couscous and leave this for 3 minutes.
- In the meantime you can cut the rest of the ingredients.
- Divide all the ingredients in a bowl and serve it with the seaweed nachos on top.

Ingredients
- 100g of tuna
- Handful of spinach
- ½ cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 avocado
- Wasabi paste
- Light mayonnaise dressing based on yogurt
- ½ lemon
- 1 or 2 spring onions
- 1 bag of seaweed nachos
Tuna Nachos Preparation
- Cut the tuna into cubes (it’s sushi, so we’re going to use it raw)
- Cut all vegetables and avocado into cubes
- Slice the red onion into fine rings as well as the spring onion
- Wash the spinach and remove the hard stems
- Mix the mayonnaise with wasabi paste, mix and taste. And add as much wasabi to taste.
- Put the seaweed nachos at the bottom of the dish, put the spinach leaves, the onion, the vegetables and the rest of the ingredients on the nachos. Finish with the mayonnaise, pepper, salt and possibly a few edible flowers.

Ingredients
For the vegetarian tuna:
- 4 big tomatoes
- 2 tbsp of (vegan) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp (smoked) paprika powder
- A pinch of salt and sugar
For the sweet and sour cucumber:
- ½ cucumber
- 1 red pepper
- 30ml sushi vinegar
For the sushi bowl:
- Sushi rice
- Carrots
- Radish
- Edamame beans
- Seaweed (salad)
- Spring onion
- Seaweed nachos
- Soy sauce
- Sesame seeds
Tuna Bowl Preparation
For the sweet and sour cucumber:
- Cut the cucumber in pieces and the red pepper into rings.
- Mix these together with the sushi vinegar and leave this for at least 30 minutes.
For the vegetarian tuna:
- Bring a large pot of water to the boil and pierce all the tomatoes.
- Turn of the fire and dip the tomatoes in water for about 2 minutes. Then you can remove the skin from the tomatoes.
- Cut the tomatoes in quarters and remove the pulp (you do not use this in this recipe), pat the tomato wedges a bit dryer and cut into pieces.
- Mix all other ingredients for the vegetarian tuna and scoop through the tomato pieces. Leave for 5 minutes and then scoop out the tomato pieces and serve in the bowl.
- Save the marinade to serve with the sushi bowls as a seasoning.
For the sushi bowl:
- Prepare the sushi rice following the package instructions and allow cooling completely.
- Cut all the vegetables in slices and let the beans drain well.
- Serve everything together in a nice bowl with the sweet and sour cucumber, soy sauce, vegetarian tuna, seaweed nachos and sesame seeds.

Ingredients
- 1 pack of seaweed chips
- 1 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- Some jalapeños
- Lemon juice
- 150g of Shredded cheddar
- Tomato salsa
Green Nachos Preparation
- Chop one red onion and two tomatoes and put them together in a bowl
- Mash up one avocado, add some lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Put your seaweed chips in a plate
- Add some cheddar on top and make it melt in the oven for 5 minutes at 180°C
- Sprinkle the plate with the onions and tomatoes
- Put some (or a lot) of crushed avocado on top and finally some spicy tomato salsa
- Enjoy the best comfort food!
