150g edamame beans
½ avocado
Cilantro
Pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
Warm up the seaweed wraps in the microwave for approximately 20 seconds.
Spread the wrap with hummus and then add some lettuce.
Top the wrap with the edamame, pomegranate and avocado.
Finally, add cilantro, pepper and salt to taste. Enjoy !?

Ingredients (Serves 4 People)
1 pack of seaweed wraps (4 wraps)
400 g mushrooms
125 g bean sprouts
1/2 winter carrot grated
250 g cherry tomatoes
For the sauce
1.5 tablespoon of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce (ketjap manis)
1 clove of garlic or some garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
For the dressing
3 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese (or mayonnaise if you have it at home)
Teaspoon of dill powder
Teaspoon of garlic powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
Pulled Mushroom Wrap Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Roast the mushrooms in the oven for about 20 minutes
Then remove the moisture off the mushrooms with some paper
Pull the mushrooms apart with two forks
Put olive oil in a pan and add the sauce mix and mushrooms, fry for a few minutes
Meanwhile, make the dressing mix from quark
Heat the wraps in the microwave for 20 seconds
Serve everything in the seaweed wrap and enjoy your pulled mushroom wrap!

1 package of Seamore’s Seaweed Wraps (4 wraps)
100 g of sushi rice
200 g of spicy tofu strips
1 sliced avocado
1 (red) bell pepper
1 cucumber
150 g shredded carrots
Teriyaki sauce to taste
Wasabi paste to taste
Sushi Burrito Preparation
First you prepare the sushi rice following the package instructions.
While the sushi rice is cooking we are going to slice up the avocado, bell pepper and cucumber. We cut the cucumber into small cubes, the avocado and bell pepper into thin strips.
Once the rice is cooked and the veggies are cut, we are going to fry the spicy tofu strips following the package instructions.
Then we are done with the preparations and it’s time to start filling the wrap. Start with a layer of sushi rice (make sure it’s equally divided over the whole wrap) followed by the tofu strips. Add the cucumber, bell pepper, avocado and carrots. Finally, you spread some teriyaki sauce and wasabi paste on top. Enjoy !

1.5 cups of sushi rice
1 Avocado
Sesame Oil
Lemon juice
White tofu
Soy sauce
Rapeseed oil
1 garlic clove
Pepper, salt
Shredded carrot
Edamame beans
Radish
Sushi Wrap Preparation
Start preparing rice as instructed on package
meanwhile, cut garlic very fine and mix with soy sauce and a bit of rape seed oil
press water out of tofu and cut into cubes, marinade in soy sauce mix
cut radish (and/or other vegetables) into thin slices, set aside
fry tofu in a pan with oil until all sides are golden brown, season with pepper
mash avocado with a fork until smooth, mix in sprinkles of sesame oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper
spread a thin layer of avocado on the wrap,
cover evenly with a thin layer of sushi rice
add raw vegetables and fried tofu in an even line down the middle of the wrap
sprinkle with remaining soy sauce/oil from pan and top with sesame seeds
roll the wrap like a sushi roll and cut evenly into “sushi” pieces
Tip: make rolling easier by cutting the wrap into a square ?
