I sea sushi nachos
Did someone say sushi nachos ? Our favorite comfort food in Japanese style. We topped the seaweed chips with hot smoked salmon in wasabi mayo, lots of cheese and pieces of avocado. In other words: all the delicious of sushi with a special twist.

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Seamore's Seaweed Chips
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 100g hot smoked salmon flakes
- 50g grated cheddar cheese
- 50 g grated cheese (we used a spicy grated cheese)
- 2 spring onions
- 1/2 avocado
- sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi and stir in the hot smoked salmon.
- Cover an oven dish with baking paper and divide the nachos over it. Top the nachos with the warm smoked salmon and divide the grated cheddar and grated cheese over it.
- Cut the spring onions into rings and divide over the nachos.
- Place the nachos in the oven for about 7 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- In the meantime, cut the avocado into cubes.
- Remove the nachos from the oven and finish with the avocado, sriracha sauce and sesame seeds. Enjoy! ?

Looking for a recipe to impress your guests or a new challenge in the kitchen ? Try this delicious sushi cake with seaweed wraps used as layers. The sushi flavors match perfectly with the umami in the seaweed wraps and the looks of this cake aren't bad as well.

Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 2 of Seamore's Seaweed Wraps
- 500g salmon (or tuna)
- 2 avocados
- 100gr wakame
- 2 stalks of spring onion
- 4 handfuls of peeled pistachios
- 500g sushi rice
- Soy sauce of your choice
Preparation
- Place 500 grams of sushi rice in 700 milliliters of cold water in a pan and make sure that the water starts boiling. Let the rice simmer under the lid for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pan sit with the lid on for another 15 minutes.
- Peel the avocado and cut into pieces. Wash the cucumber and cut into slices. Cut the spring onion into small pieces. Cut the salmon into long strips.
- Grab a cake bowl a and grease with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cover the bottom with a seaweed wrap, followed by a layer of sushi rice and a layer of half the avocado, cucumber, spring onion, seaweed salad, pistachios and salmon. Then repeat this step one more time.
- Serve the cake with soy sauce, Enjoy! ?

Ingredients
1 bag of Seamore's Seaweed Chips
1 small chopped red onion
2 limes, juiced
2 tbsp of olive oil
500g raw prawns
1 medium avocado, diced
1 jalapeño, finely diced
2 tbsp chopped coriander
salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation
- Poach the prawns for a couple of minutes. Let them cool down completely and chop them roughly.
- In a small bowl combine the red onion, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Let them marinate at least 5 minutes to mellow the flavor of the onion.
- In a large bowl combine the chopped prawns, avocado, tomato and jalapeño.
- Combine and mix all the ingredients together with the coriander. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Let this sit for an our for the flavors to combine.
- Serve the ceviche with the seaweed chips, enjoy! ?

Ingredients (Serves 4 People)
- Seamore's Seaweed Chips
- 300 gram white beans
- 1 block vegan feta
- 1 tbsp shiro miso
- 1 tbsp gochujang +1 for a spicier version
- 5 tbsp nutrtitional yeast
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Whipped Feta Dip Preparation
- Rinse and strain the white beans.
- Juice the lemon and strain out the seeds.
- Add everything into a food processor and pulse until you get a smooth dip.

- 2 large eggs
- Half a tcan of black beans, drained
- 50g feta, crumbled
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
- Chopped ripe avocado
- Chopped lime wedges
- Sliced spring (green) onion
- Coriander, finely chopped
- Chopped paprika (bell peppers)
Mexican Fried Eggs Preparation
- Lay out the Seaweed Chips into a plate.
- Top the chips with the tomatoes, black beans, avocado, spring onions and crumbled feta.
- Fry two eggs in a frying pan until done to your liking.
- Top the chips off with the fried eggs.
- Sprinkle coriander
- Spread the chopped paprika (bell peppers) over the plate.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the plate and season with freshly cracked black pepper.

- 400g drained black beans
- 2 tsp chipotle paste
- 1 sliced avocado
- 1 fresh red chili
- 2 tbsp (vegan) grated cheese
Baked Nachos Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix the drained beans with chipotle and paste and set aside.

Ingredients
- Seamore's seaweed chips
- 100g smoked salmon
- 50g fresh or frozen corn
- ½ bell pepper
- Some chives
- Bunch of cilantro
- Lemon
Smoked Salmon Appetizer Preparation
- First of all, if you are using frozen corn: cook the corn for about 30 seconds in some hot water. Drain directly! To make sure the chips don't get soggy, it's important to dry the corn with a kitchen towel.
- Chop the smoked salmon, chives and cilantro in very small pieces. Add the mix and the corn to a bowl.
- Cut the bell pepper in small cubes and transfer these in to the bowl as well.
- Season the salmon mix with salt, pepper and finely grated lemon peel.
- Add about a teaspoon of the mixture on each chip. Decorate with a cilantro leaf, Enjoy!

Ingredients
- Handful of Seamore's Seaweed Tagliatelle
- ¼ cucumber
- 1 tomato
- ½ red onion
- Fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 10g of salad seeds
- ¼ avocado
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- ½ lemon
Pasta Salad Preparation
- Prepare the pasta by leaving it in hot water for 20-25 minutes.
- Rinse the pasta with cold water.
- Grate the cucumber into thin slices and also cut the tomato, red onion and avocado into the desired pieces.
- Next, make a dressing with the mustard, mayonnaise, honey, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients together: the pasta, cucumber, tomato, red onion, avocado, pomegranate seeds and the dressing.
- Garnish the salad with the salad seeds, half a lemon (juice), fresh coriander and some salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy! ?

Ingredients
- Handful of Seamore's Seaweed Chips
- 75g couscous
- Fresh cilantro
- ½ cube of vegetable stock
- ½ mango
- ¼ avocado
- 2 tbsp chickpeas
- Paprika powder Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. cottage cheese
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- White wine vinegar
- 125g falafel
- 3 tbsp canned red cabbage
Couscous Salad Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Prepare the couscous according to the package: soak the couscous for 5 minutes in warm water (in which dissolved the vegetable stock cube). Read on the package exactly how many ml of water is needed for 75 g of couscous and do not use more water than necessary.
- Rinse the chickpeas briefly under the tap and place them on a baking tray. Marinate them with some paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and a little bit of olive oil.
- Next roast the chickpeas in the oven for 15-20 minutes to roast them nice and crispy.
- Finely chop the coriander and mix it with the couscous with some more salt and pepper.
- Cut the mango and avocado into the desired shape.
- Heat a frying pan with some olive oil and fry the falafel in it.
- Make a sauce with the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper. The sauce should not become too thin, but mix these ingredients together to taste.
- Put the couscous in a bowl and complete your salad with the mango, avocado, red cabbage (cold), the roasted chickpeas, falafel, seaweed chips and 2 tbsp of dressing.
- Add a little more salt, pepper and fresh coriander if desired. Enjoy! ?
