Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 1 pack of seaweed wraps (4 wraps) 
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 200g (vegan) feta
  • A handfull of celery, can also be replaced by for example paprika
  • Any kind of lettuce
  • Pepper and salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Some lemon juice


  1. Cut the tomatoes and feta in cubes and add them in a bowl together.
  2. Add the spices to the bowl.
  3. Wash the lettuce and cut it into strips
  4. Wash the zucchini and cut these into small slices with an slicer
  5. Fry the zucchini slices for a couple of minutes until they are warm
  6. Heat up the wraps in 2-3 minutes in a sandwich grill.
  7. Fill the seaweed wraps with all of the ingredients and add some lemon juice on top, enjoy! 💚
