Ingredients

For 2 people:

  • 100g seaweed nachos
  • 75g pulled oats
  • ¼ red bell pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • 2 hands of grated (vegan) cheese
  • Herbs of your choice.

Preparation

  • Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. 
  • Divide the nachos over an oven tray. 
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. 
  • Finish with a layer of pulled oats, paprika and onion. 
  • Season the pulled oats with herbs of your choice.
  • Put the oven tray in the oven for approximately 8 minutes.
