I sea sushi salmon burrito

Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • Seamore’s seaweed wraps
    Cream cheese
    100g smoked salmon
    100g sushi rice
    1 avocado
    200g radish
    1 cucumber
    200g shredded carrots
    1 crop cos lettuce
    Teriyaki sauce
    Wasabi paste

Preparation

  • First you prepare the sushi rice following the package instructions.
    While the sushi rice is cooking we are going to slice up the avocado, radish and cucumber. We cut the cucumber into small cubes, the avocado and radish into thin strips.
    Once the rice is cooked and the veggies are cut, we are going to start filling the wrap.
    Start with a layer cream cheese followed by a layer of sushi rice (make sure it’s equally divided over the whole wrap). Then grab some lettuce, cucumber, carrot and radish. You can add the avocado and salmon. Finally, you spread some teriyaki sauce and wasabi paste on top. Enjoy! πŸ’š
