We asked her for her secret recipe and here it is !🌯
1 pack of seaweed wraps
150g canned corn
200g (vegan) minced meat
Your favorite salsa
Pepper and salt to taste
Prepare the (vegan) minced meat according to the package instructions. Mash the avocado together with the lime juice and cut the paprika into small cubes. Now we can start with filling the wrap, first use the guacamole as a spread on the wraps. Add some iceberg lettuce, paprika and corn. Divide the (vegan) minced meat among the 4 wraps. Add some salsa, coriander, pepper and salt to taste and you’re wrap is ready! 🌯
