I sea crunch wrap supreme

The original Crunchwrap isn't vegan but that doesn't mean we can't create a plant-based version ourselves. We used some delicious roasted paprika spread and guacamole, very tasty in combination with your favorite seaweed wraps.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

Guacamole
1 medium avocado
½ small red onion
½ lime
1 cup cilantro

Roasted Paprika Spread
2 orange bell peppers
1 tbsp cumin (optional)
1 tbsp chilli flakes (optional)

Wraps
1 pack of Seamore's Seaweed Wraps
2 cups lettuce
1 cup tomatoes
3 cups cooked red beans
More cilantro for topping (optional)

Preparation

1. Start with roasting the orange bell peppers with the cumin and chilli flakes (if using) in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

2. Next make the guacamole by finely dicing the red onion and cilantro.

3. In a small bowl, mash the avocado. Then squeeze the lime juice and mix in the diced red onion and cilantro to get the guacamole.

4. Once the bell peppers are done (they should be soft and lay flat once taken out of the oven), use a food processor or hand blender to turn them into a dip. The sweetness of the bell pepper becomes intensified through the roasting process and it gives them a sweet and smoky flavor!

5. Fill your wrap by layering in the lettuce, tomatoes, red beans, and more cilantro.

6. Add in some guacamole and red pepper dip in the wrap and fold them, or you can also leave them as dips for your wrap. Enjoy! ?

Ingredients

- 1 pack of Seamore's Seaweed Wraps

- Grated cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)

- Leftover chopped veggies (courgette, mushroom, red peppers, sweetcorn, onions and spinach)

- Homemade salsa and guacamole to serve 

Easy Veggie Quesadilla Preparation

1. (Optional): Cut up and saute your leftover veggies in a frying pan with the cooking oil of your choice.

2. Heat a non stick frying pan. 

3. Lay one wrap in the frying pan. Spread over the veggies and scatter with grated cheese. 

4. Fold the wrap and leave to toast until the cheese is melted and deliciously gooey. 

5. Finally, remove the veggie quesadilla from the pan, cut into wedges and serve with guacamole and salsa. Enjoy!  ?

Ingredients

Falafel Wrap Preparation

  1. Fry the falafel in a pan. 
  2.  Spread the wrap with the hummus
  3. Mix the lettuce with half a tablespoon of salad spices and a bit of olive oil, top the wrap with this. 
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes and place these on the salad together with the falafel. 
  5. Garnish with the seeds, pepper, salt and some spicy mayonaise, Enjoy! ?

Preparation

Heat a pan with a thin layer of olive oil and fry the wok vegetables, in the meantime season with salt, pepper and oregano. Heat the wrap briefly over the stove (so that it becomes nice and crunchy). Cut the mango, avocado, tomato and salmon into fine pieces. Then top the wrap with all the ingredients: start with a layer of herb cheese, the wok vegetables, the salmon, mango, avocado, tomato and the fresh coriander. Finally, add some salt and pepper. Enjoy! ?
