Ingredients

 

For the marinate

Instructions

1. Whisk together the marinate ingredients in a medium bowl. Marinate the chicken and leave  in a refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight. Refrigerate a small bowl of marinate separately, this will be the base of peanut sauce.

2. When ready to cook, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and thread the chicken onto skewers.

3. Preheat oven to 250°C. Line the tray with a baking sheet, and bake the chicken for about 15-20 minutes until done.

4. Add the leftover marinade to a medium saucepan. Bring it to a boil, then simmer for 1 minute. Stir in peanut butter, and mix it well, add more water if required.

5. Serve the chicken with peanut sauce and Seaweed Chips. Enjoy! ?

For the guacamole 

Preparation

1. Melt the coconut oil in a large cooking pan. Once melted, cook the onions. Add minced meat, salt, and spices. Leave to simmer for about 20 minutes. 

2. Once the meat is done, add tomatoes, bell peppers, red kidney beans, and corns. Cook for about 10 minutes. Finally, squeeze some lime juice and set it aside.

3. Meanwhile, prepare the guacamole. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and scoop out the avocado flesh with a spoon. Mash the avocado with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze some lime juice and mix well.

4. Serve everything in a nice bowl, and scoop guacamole on top. Enjoy with Seaweed Chips! ?

Upgrading your daily veggie intake has never been this easy and tasty. Swap your regular potato fries for Seaweed Chips or combine them. This fried haddock with fresh homemade dips is a delicious combination to serve the chips with.

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Cut the haddock fillets in small pieces and put in an absorbent paper.

 

For the battering:

1. In a big bowl add the flour, the sepia and the beer. Mix until a mixture is created.

2. Then, put the mixture in the fridge.

3. Dip the haddock in the flour and in the battering. Fry the fish in plenty of sunflower oil, until it becomes crispy.

 

For the pea puree:

1.  Add in a pot the pea, the dairy cream and cook until the pea becomes soft.

2. Add the asparagus cream and use a hand blender.

3. Add the salt and the pepper with 20 ml of white balsamic vinegar.

 

For the walnut pesto:

1. Soak the bread in water and get it well strained.

2. Add in a mixer the walnut pesto, the walnut oil, the walnuts, the garlic and the bread.

3.  Blend until homogenous, add salt to taste. 

 

For the potatoes:

1. Cut the potatoes in thin sticks and fry them until they become crispy.

2. Once they are ready, put them in an absorbent paper and blend them with Seaweed Chips.

3. Cover with season pepper - garlic onion and a little bit of salt. Enjoy! ?

Preparation

1. Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions and let it cool to room temperature. Mix in the rice vinegar.
2. For the perfect rolling of the sushi, we refer you to youtube where you can find loads of tutorials. You can use the nori sheets as a base (around the sushi) or as a filling.
3. Cut all ingredients into thin strips and make the spicy mango mayo.

Shrimp Sushi:
- Heat a pan with a good layer of sunflower oil.
- Mix a beaten egg with 2/3 tablespoons of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Coat the prawns with flour and then with the egg mixture you just made.
- Roll them in the breadcrumbs and fry them in the oil until golden brown.
- The fried shrimps are delicious in combination with cucumber, avocado and the spicy mango mayo sauce.
- As a topping to make this sushi even crunchier, use a mix of the sushi chips and the fried onions.

Salmon Sushi:
- The smoked salmon is ready-to-eat and can be combined with the herb butter, avocado, cucumber and sesame seeds. Top with the seaweed chips.

Sushi Chicken:
- Cut the chicken into thin strips and marinate this in a mix of sweet soy sauce, honey, Baharat, salt and pepper.
- Heat a frying pan with butter, fry the chicken and let it cool.
- The chicken is very tasty in combination with the spicy mango mayo, mango, avocado and the seaweed chips.

Eat the sushi with extra Seaweed Chips on the side. Enjoy! ?

Preparation

  1. Preheat your pan on high heat, start cooking the minced lamb and add salt and spices. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Roast almonds for about 2 minutes in a dry pan. 
  2. Rinse the chickpeas with water and transfer into a food processor. Add tahini, lemon juice, spices, salt, garlic and water. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Spread the hummus on a large platter and spread it evenly. In the middle of the plate you place the minced lamb, diced onions, tomatoes. almonds and Seaweed Chips. Enjoy! ?

Preparation

1. Place the minced lamb in a large bowl, add all spices, salt, chopped pepper, chopped mint and dried fried onions. Mix well.
2. Divide the meat into 4 portions and shape them into patties. Let them rest in the refrigerator.
3. Meanwhile prepare your toppings and cut all vegetables. Preheat the pan or grill.
4. Start frying burgers on a pan on medium heat. Fry for about 4 minutes on each side. Flip and fry another 4 minutes. Place cheese slice on the burger, the last minute of frying.
5. Remove the burgers from the pan and toast the buns for a minute.
6. Assemble the burgers with desired toppings, start with sauce, meat and then the rest.
Serve the burgers with seaweed chips. Enjoy!?

  2. Cook this until everything is done and add the tomato sauce for another couple of minutes. 
  3. When this is done, start to serve. Fill the taco shells with (vegan) meat, freshly cut onion slices, tomatoes and salsa sauce.
