2 tablespoons cottage cheese (Hüttenkäse)
1 ripe avocado, pitted
A splash of lemon juice
Fresh chives, to taste
Salt & pepper
Optional: radishes, thinly sliced
Add avocado, cottage cheese, lemon juice, chives, salt and pepper into a bowl or food processor.
Blend using a stick blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
Spread onto your favorite cracker or rice cake, and top with sliced radishes for a fresh bite.
This spread also makes a delicious dip for veggie sticks or a topping for buddha bowls. Want to level it up? Add a few Seaweed Chips on top for that perfect ocean-inspired crunch.
