I sea crunchy poke bowl with wasabi mayonnaise

Ingredients

Seamore’s Seaweed Chips
@mayoneur wasabi mayo
Cherry tomatoes
Sliced radish
Black sesame seeds
Sliced avocado
Vegan schnitzel
Sliced beetroot
Sushi rice
Rice vinegar
Shredded carrot
 

Preparation

  • Prepare the sushi rice following the package instructions and make sure to mix in rice vinegar, once the rice is almost done. Fry the vegan schnitzel until crispy and then cut into strips. Use the sushi rice as the base of the bowl and then top it with all the veggies, schnitzel, some sesame seeds and of course seaweed chips and the wasabi mayo. Enjoy! 💚
