I sea edamame wrap

A tasty filled seaweed wrap has never hurt someone… 

This wrap is perfect for a healthy lunch or a simple dinner. No need for any pans, so also no enormous dishes after eating. 😉

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 2 seaweed wraps
  • Lettuce
  • Hummus
  • 2 handfulls of pomegranate seeds 
  • 150g edamame beans
  • ½ avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Pepper and salt to taste

Preparation

  • Warm up the seaweed wraps in the microwave for approximately 20 seconds.
  • Spread the wrap with hummus and then add some lettuce.
  • Top the wrap with the edamame, pomegranate and avocado. 
  • Finally, add cilantro, pepper and salt to taste. Enjoy !💚
