I sea edamame wrap

This edamame hummus veggie wrap is the answer to hearty vegetarian wraps. This green beauty is packed with healthy proteins and fats that will leave you feeling satisfied for hours. Ingredients (For 2 People)

  • 2 seaweed wraps
  • Lettuce
  • Hummus
  • 2 handfulls of pomegranate seeds 
  • 150g edamame beans
  • ½ avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Pepper and salt to taste

Edamame Wrap Preparation

  • Warm up the seaweed wraps in the microwave for approximately 20 seconds.
  • Spread the wrap with hummus and then add some lettuce.
  • Top the wrap with the edamame, pomegranate and avocado. 
  • Finally, add cilantro, pepper and salt to taste. Enjoy !💚
