Ingredients

Seamore’s Seaweed Chips

Wild sea bass fillet

140g tapioca flour

2 eggs

70g almond flour

Salt and pepper

Garlic

Onion powder

Paprika 

Cumin

Optional

Sweet potato fries

Roasted baby carrots

(homemade) tomato sauce 

Preparation

Batter the wild sea bass fillet in a bowl of tapioca flour, then into a bowl of 2 whisked eggs and then into a bowl of 70g of tapioca flour and 70g of almond flour. (season the flour with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, paprika and cumin) Fry the fish in a pan until crispy on the outside and cooked trough. Serve the fish with some fresh lemon and Seaweed Chips on the side, enjoy! 💚
