I sea grilled shrimp and pineapple wrap
Fresh, hot, and light, this wrap filled with grilled shrimp and pineapple is a must for summer. Choose your favorite spread and salad to pair with.

- 1 pack of Seamore’s Seaweed Wraps
- Large shrimps
- 240ml light coconut milk
- Fresh limes
- 250ml orange juice
- 300ml hot sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- Rapeseed oil
- 1/2 fresh pineapple
- In a medium bowl, combine the hot sauce, coconut milk, orange juice and lime juice. Add the shrimp and mix to coat. Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours, tossing occasionally. If using wooden skewers, soak in warm water while the shrimp marinates. Meanwhile, prepare the pineapple, cut into small pieces.
- Preheat the grill/pan to medium high heat. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and reserve the marinade for grilling. Thread the shrimp onto a skewers, alternating with the pineapple.
- Lightly brush the grill pan with oil, then place the skewers on the grill. Grill the shrimp for 3 minutes, brushing with the marinade, then turn and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, brushing with the marinade again, until the shrimp are just cooked through. Serve the grilled and marinated pineapple and shrimps on a Seaweed Wrap, choose a spread and optional salad of your choice. Enjoy! 💚
