Why wait to enjoy sushi? This sushi burrito recipe wraps up all of your favorite sushi flavors in a ready-to-go package. Our seaweed wrap is the perfect finishing touch and provides a subtle, salty seaweed flavor. Honestly, can you think of a better lunch than this sushi burrito recipe? We certainly can’t.
1 package of Seamore’s Seaweed Wraps (4 wraps)
100 g of sushi rice
200 g of spicy tofu strips
1 sliced avocado
1 (red) bell pepper
150 g shredded carrots
Teriyaki sauce to taste
Wasabi paste to taste
First you prepare the sushi rice following the package instructions.
While the sushi rice is cooking we are going to slice up the avocado, bell pepper and cucumber. We cut the cucumber into small cubes, the avocado and bell pepper into thin strips.
Once the rice is cooked and the veggies are cut, we are going to fry the spicy tofu strips following the package instructions.
Then we are done with the preparations and it’s time to start filling the wrap. Start with a layer of sushi rice (make sure it’s equally divided over the whole wrap) followed by the tofu strips. Add the cucumber, bell pepper, avocado and carrots. Finally, you spread some teriyaki sauce and wasabi paste on top. Enjoy !
